🔁 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
✔️ All tags and labels must still be attached
✔️ Items must be returned in their original packaging
🚫 Non-returnable items include:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags
📦 How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hexiara.com@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and return shipping address.
📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
✔️ You’ll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔️ Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📏 Need a Different Size or Style?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return your original item and place a new order for the one you want.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hexiara.com@gmail.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
